OUR PRINCIPAL

Glenn Dias has a background in hotel operations spanning Asia, Europe and Australia. The management experience gained over 25 years in the industry has given him a precise understanding of business fundamentals, the value of the customer and the dedication required of a person in a position of trust.

Glenn's qualifications acquired in Australia include a Masters in Business Administration from the University of South Australia www.unisa.edu.au/alumni/businessdirectory/yourbest.asp and a Bachelor of Hospitality from the Regency College of Tafe.    

Real Estate has always been of interest to Glenn and he keenly follows developments in the property market. Having cut his teeth on his first investment property in the tightly held suburb of Walkerville, South Australia, he subsequently acquired a Land Agent's License pubreg.ocba.sa.gov.au/pubreg/pubreg_jsp/detailPage.jsp and further developed his property management skills as the state licensee for one of the largest operators of serviced apartments in South Australia.

Having built up and sold a successful business previously, Glenn is determined to build his second business venture on a foundation of trust and strong financial skills.
