By maintaining contact with our tenants during their tenancy we are able to keep in touch with their situation and ensure that they are looking after the property. Our experience has shown that this results in happier tenants who are more inclined to respect their tenancy agreement and treat the property as their own.
Our tenants are always provided with property and locality specific information which helps them settle in easily. A thorough run down of tenant obligations with regards to maintenance, repairs, damage, emergencies, rent payment and inspections ensures that there is no room for any mis-understanding later on. We also specify in extreme detail the level of cleanliness expected at the "end of tenancy" inspection.
Your property manager is always available to answer your queries between 9.00 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday however email is the preferred mode of contact. In cases of extreme emergency you may contact your property manager any time.
